This page explains which personal data Respyre receives through gorespyre.com, what we do with it and which rights you have.

Who we are

Contact and offer forms

When you send the contact form or the offer form on the Eneco windmill page, we receive the details you fill in, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. The form passes your message to our mailbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a service that forwards form messages by email. We use these details to answer your question or to prepare a quote.

Quote requests

The forms on the quote request pages are provided by Pipedrive, the system we use to keep track of customer contacts. What you enter there goes straight into our Pipedrive account. We use it to prepare your quote and to stay in touch about your project.

Newsletter

Signing up for the newsletter opens your own email app with a message to us. We add the address you send it from to our mailing list. To unsubscribe, email us and we remove your address from the list.

Email and phone

When you email or call us, we use your details to help you. We keep the conversation in our mailbox or customer system for as long as it is relevant.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies for statistics or advertising. It stores one thing in your browser: your choice in the cookie banner, so the banner does not return on every page. You can remove that choice by clearing your browser data, or change it with the cookie button at the bottom of the page.

Services that load content

To show this website, your browser connects to a few other services, which see your IP address as part of that connection: Alive, which hosts the website and its photos; Google Fonts, for some of the fonts; Pipedrive, for the quote forms; and YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com), only after you start a video.

Legal basis

We process your details because you ask us for something (an answer, a quote or the newsletter), to prepare or carry out an agreement with you, or because we have a legitimate interest in running and securing our website. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it first.

How long we keep your details

We keep your details as long as we need them for the purpose you gave them for. When you become a customer, we keep the records the law requires, such as invoices, for the legal retention period.

Sharing your details

We share your details only with the services named on this page, which process them for us, and when the law obliges us to. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your details, to restrict or object to their use, or to receive them in a common format. Email info@gorespyre.com and we respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

We update this page when our website or the way we work changes. The date at the top belongs to the latest version.
